Way back my HS days, a lot told me that I've got average body type... So there's no need for me to have diet at all... Maybe it's because I was prettyactive when it comes to dancing and sports...

Soon as I got into college life, a lot of my HS friends told me that I did gain some weight, it did show to my figure... Yet I didn't care that much at all if I got fat. Until I saw one of my great friends in HS, and she told me "Oh my Aina! Tumaba ka? What happen?" Damn, yeah...

Until I get conscious about it. LoL So soon as I got 2nd year I decided to attend dance class/workshop. I did lose but it didn't last that long. Until I got way more chubby, until this year 2011 came.

Summer 2011 came, I decided to be a member of Fitness First Robinson's Metro East (great Fitness First branch!) instead of being back for Gforce workshop... Practically my reason wasn't just about losing weight but also for me to have stronger, healthier and toner body. I started around last week of April until last month, July (for now, my membership @freeze mode.)
I started my training sessions middle of May, with my trainer Ate Wilrose (never gave up on me..:p awesome trainer!)

There were consistent days of work-out like Monday's to Saturday's, yet there were also times that I wasn't able to attend my PT sessions. I started weighing58.3kg & having 10.2% of obesity (based on TANITA) and guess what was mymetabolic age that time, it was 33yrs, like I was still 19yrs of age that time.

After having "HARD TIME of WORKING-OUT" for a few months, with proper diet(latest TANITA:10-08-11) now I'm 50.6kg, having -4.3% of obesity (based onTANITA). Now I'm 20yrs of age, and now my metabolic age is equal to my current age, 20! Now while my membership is at freeze, I still do some exercise at home, but soon as I'm done with some of my school stuffs for this month, I'll be back @FF. :D
